is a mathematics and Turkish instructor at FEFA, as well as a dedicated researcher in food presevation ( bioplastic) . She holds a Ph.D. (currently studying) and an M.S. from Nigde Ömer Halisdemir University, specializing in edible films for food preservation. Her research focuses on natural additives, food quality, and sustainability, with multiple peer-reviewed and publications in these fields. Combining teaching and research, she contributes to both education and scientific innovation.
